​Latexit is a handy little app for Macs that will create drag-and-drop equations with Latex formatting.

Philosophy

​"Extreme Presentation" Method -- A bit corporate feeling, but a good place to start if you are getting presentation block. I think one of the most interesting "steps" in this method is Number 10: "Decide how you will measure the success of your presentation." Very often people dread giving a talk, then forget about it after they are done. Think about the point you want to make to your audience, and be sure to make your "measurements" afterwards.
