Unlocking Saturn's Secrets: NASA's Cassini Mission

Abstract: Saturn and its rings is one of the most iconic images of all astronomy. With as commonplace as it's become, it's easy to forget how much we don't know about this striking planet. This talk focuses on NASA's Cassini-Huygens Mission to Saturn and its moons. After describing the mission itself, I'll discuss some of the mysteries still surrounding Saturn's rings as well as our best chances of finding extraterrestrial life on Saturn's moons.
