Feeding the Milky Way
Our Milky Way Galaxy forms new stars by continually bringing in star formation fuel. This fuel is a form of cosmic rain originating largely from our Galaxy cannibalizing other galaxies. The methods our galaxy eats and the telescopes used to study this process will be presented.
