| | 7 | Slooh is an online observatory that livestreams telescope feeds for public viewing and use. We have a wealth of amateur astronomers discovering comets, tracking asteroids, and spotting supernovae. Educators use Slooh in the classroom to teach introductory and observational astronomy covering topics from Solar System planets and motion to galaxy classification, nebulae composition, and stellar evolution. In this talk I will provide an overview of our technology and the unique ways our members are using Slooh telescopes. |
