Uncovering key drivers in the assembly of disk galaxies

We examine disc assembly via the emerging Tully-Fisher relation at high redshifts, and find a curious result considering the evolution of specifically bulgeless disc galaxies. We explore both the drivers and possible implications of this behaviour and suggest ways forward to confirm and further understand these observations in the context of galaxy formation models.
