Scilab
Scilab is available in debian sid (non-free), and also in ubuntu's multiverse distribution (which is the equivalent of non-free).
installation
Carlos added this package to Phobos by enabling the multiverse archive and then running:
[carlos@phobos ~]$ sudo apt-get install pgplot5
