Scilab

Scilab is ​available in debian sid (non-free), and also in ​ubuntu's multiverse distribution (which is the equivalent of non-free).

installation

carlos added this package to phobos by enabling the multiverse archive and then running:

[carlos@phobos ~]$ sudo apt-get install pgplot5
