Hourly Room Booking

If you are part of the department, and would like to book 1402 (also known as 'the library'), 1332 (the classroom), 1408 (zoom room), or are a graduate student and need to book 1206 (the grad lounge), use this sheet for ​Spring and Summer 2026 and this sheet for ​Fall 2026. A reminder that classes and large events take priority for 1402 and 1332. Contact Ayoune Payne in the department office if you need help.

Desk Reservations

Desk reservation for visitors to the department can be made here for ​Spring and Summer 2026 and here for ​Fall 2026. Students are asked to check in with their advisor about booking one of these locations, as they are not as public as the above spaces. Contact the Chair of the Department if you will be away and are willing to add your desk to this booking system.
