Multimedia Officer
Responsibilities
- Record video and audio of our public lectures.
- Edit each video, submit it to youtube and link it on our webpage.
- Approximate time commitment is ?? hours / semester.
Directions for Video Recording
- Currently, we don't have a dedicated video recorder to record the lectures. We're working on getting one, but for now, you'll have to use Andrew's.
- Get to the lecture a few minutes before the lecture is set to begin.
- Set up the video recorder with a small tripod on one of the desks near the front (recommended to use one on the left side).
- Try to have the video get the slides and the person speaking.
- Record throughout the duration of the talk. Avoid moving the camera too much.
