CAL Printers

This page should include information about each printer used by CAL. Alternately, you can make a page for each printer individually, and link to that page from here.

For each printer, at the very least, we need to know:

• Where is it on the network? (IP address, most likely)
• Where is it in the building? (What room)
• What model of printer is it? (as specific as possible)
• What protocol is used to access it? (likely protocols are: IPP, LPD, SMB)

My current understanding is that there will be no filtered access to these printers as long as requests come from within CAL.

Current printer configuration

There are currently six printers on the CAL network (there are more private printers, but these will not be supported by CAL).

1. Room 1008: HP LaserJet 4050 with duplex option, B/W printer, 32 MB ram
