1420 is a south-facing office. South is up.

Takamitsu Tanaka	Jennifer Weston	Joshua Schroeder
Joo Heon Yoon	Ximena Fernandez	Stephanie Tonnesen

Josh wants to move to Stephanie's spot and Ximena wants to move to Josh's spot

Joo wants to move to Josh's spot either.

Ximena would also be interested in Joo's spot

Jennifer would like to take Ximena's spot.

Taka: So a tentative arrangement, based on the above claims and seniority, would be: Josh to Stephanie's spot; Joo to Josh's spot; Ximena to Joo's spot; Jennifer to Ximena's spot (or Joo's, if she wants to exercise her rights of seniority). Also, Gray's spot is now available, so Jennifer could move there early as a temporary arrangement.
